Limitation of Liability

The subscriber acknowledges that the service improves access to emergency assistance but cannot guarantee response times or prevent injury, loss, theft or damage. Response depends on GPS accuracy, mobile connectivity, traffic, operational conditions and the availability of third- party emergency services. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Zone Security, its employees and contractors shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, network failures, GPS inaccuracies or the actions of third-party emergency service providers.
